Position Summary
Night Manager – Front Office. A passionate hospitality professional who thrives on challenges, delivering authentic luxury experiences with confidence, curiosity, and community spirit.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all Front Office operations (check‑in, check‑out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Belmond policies.
* Perform nightly closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions.
* Assist with all guest requests and handle emergencies according to procedures.
* Manage and support a small team of two team members, ensuring smooth night operations and maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of senior experience at a 5‑star luxury hotel.
* Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
* Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS and proficiency with the Microsoft suite.
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
* Ability to manage night operations effectively, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and precision.

* Accommodation in a single room with a bathroom in the staff house, including breakfast.

* Monthly gross salary €2,200 to €2,400, depending on previous experience, with separate payslip for 13°, 14° and TFR.

Employment Details
Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. Seasonal Labour contract in accordance with C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo – Level 2, Night Manager.
