Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Leading a small team at 2 sides Acting as the point of contact for all HR-related and employment law matters at the production site Providing expert and solution-oriented advice to specialist staff and managers Initiating, designing and supporting staff development and organisational development processes Staff and resource planning in close collaboration with the specialist departments and management Collaboration on HR projects (e.g. HR handbook,further development of HR processes, introduction of processes, digitalisation, etc.) Constructive cooperation with employee representatives
Profile: A successfully completed degree in business administration with a specialisation in HR or a comparable qualification At least 3 years’ professional experience as an
HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company In-depth knowledge of employment law and of working with trade unions Experience with transformation processes, digitalisation, HR handbooks, etc. Independent, precise and solution-oriented approach to work Excellent communication skills with all target and stakeholder groups Business fluency in Italian and English Willingness to travel (20%)
