Role
The resource will be inserted in the E-Commerce Division, supporting the Ecommerce Manager and the Brown Goods Online Leader in managing online sales activities and monitoring platform performance with online customers such as Amazon, Mediaworld, Unieuro, and Euronics.
Responsibilities
* Handle daily reconciliation and tracking of chargebacks and debit notes to ensure accurate financial records.
* Assist the sales team in preparing financial documents and resolving transaction disputes promptly.
* Monitor account transaction health to proactively identify and address issues.
* Manage product content: handle image editing, content uploads, and regular PDP (Product Detail Page) checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
* Monitor daily pricing for Hisense and competitor products.
* Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and business analysis.
* Analyze market data, online trends, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.
