Position: RESPONSABILE AMMINISTRATIVA/O CONTABILE
We are a commercial company specializing in organized distribution, seeking to hire a responsible person for administrative and accounting management. The role involves ensuring correct management of administrative and accounting processes (general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable) in compliance with current regulations; maintaining relationships with banking institutions; monitoring bank statements; and executing payments, including via online banking systems. Responsibilities also include preparing accounting entries and, preferably but not necessarily, closing the financial statements in collaboration with external consultants. Managing deadlines, administrative, contributory, social security, and tax payments, and coordinating a qualified team of collaborators are also part of the role.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the above role, preferably gained in medium to large commercial companies. Good computer skills related to accounting software and the Microsoft Office suite are required. The workplace is near Santa Maria di Sala (VE).
