We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead technology transfer and process improvement initiatives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate new product transfer activities within the site and across functions. /liliOptimize existing manufacturing and analytical processes, including adjustments related to API or excipient changes. /liliAlign internal stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, Analytics, Development, etc.) around project objectives and timelines. /liliPrioritize and manage multiple projects, including resource allocation, budgeting, and progress tracking. /liliEvaluate new product introductions from a technical and operational feasibility standpoint. /liliLead and support technology transfer and site-to-site transfer projects. /liliInterface with internal and external partners, including corporate MST, customers, and cross‑functional project teams. /liliContribute to scale‑up and process improvement initiatives, ensuring robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing processes. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Bioprocessing, or a related technical field. /liliProven project management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or MST environment. /liliStrong technical and process understanding, ideally in the production of non‑sterile liquids and semi‑solid dosage forms (e.g., creams, gels). /liliHands‑on experience in process optimization, tech transfer, and scale‑up. /liliSolid understanding of analytical, technical, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP standards, QC collaboration). /liliFluent English skills, both spoken and written, for communication with international partners and customers. /liliStrong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills with a structured, pragmatic, and proactive work style. /liliPeople management experience is an advantage but not mandatory. /li /ulpPlease note: All applications must be submitted in English. /ppApply now.
