We are seeking a talented Formulator to support our Personal Care Product Design Department, driving innovation across deodorants, body washes, and intimate care lines.
This internship is designed with hiring potential: outstanding candidates—especially those holding a PhD and demonstrating an exceptional fit—may be considered for direct entry with a permanent contract.
What You’ll Do
* Define and implement the formulation innovation strategy for the entire category.
* Develop and optimize new formulations aligned with Fater standards and industry regulations.
* Research cutting-edge raw materials and technologies for Personal Care products.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory, Production, and Quality teams throughout the product development cycle.
* Manage stability and performance tests, and prepare technical documentation.
* Monitor industry trends to propose distinctive, sustainable solutions.
* Integrate AI tools into formulation processes (e.g., data analysis, ingredient prediction, simulations).
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, CTF, or related disciplines.
* PhD preferred for candidates aiming for direct entry.
* Passion for innovation and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
