About the role: - You will be in charge of Budget and Forecast process - You will maintain the sales force incentive cost - Monthly / year end closures and financial data - Constant cost monitoring, cost center analysis, scenario gap analysis - Monthly and periodic reporting to stakeholders Who we are looking for: - Successfully completed Business Management studies - 2-3 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to deal with expert business referents - Analytical mindset - Proactive attitude, high level of autonomy in driving deliverables to execution - FMCG experience is a plus IT Skills - Strong knowledge of the MS Office package (mainly Excel & PowerPoint - SAP CO, other SAP modules - Group reporting tools (HFM/Essbase) Languages - Fluent in English How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
