We are looking for a People Business Partner who will support and collaborate within the GOSP area.
The job holder can be based both in Milan or Mogliano Veneto.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes in collaboration with the Reward organizational unit
Supporting development and learning initiatives in collaboration with the relevant Center of Excellence
Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed
Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures in collaboration with the Orga team
Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Promoting a positive, international and inclusive company culture
Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects supported by the relevant COE
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics
At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive and results-oriented attitude
