L'azienda cerca un professionista per il ruolo di assistenza e manutenzione delle sedi e punti vendita del Gruppo. La risorsa selezionata si occuperà della gestione delle attività manutentive tramite segnalazioni ticket su portale aziendale, collaborando con i vari uffici aziendali ed esterni.
La risorsa selezionata dovrà occuparsi inoltre della corretta tenuta della reportistica a corredo delle attività manutentive, nonché di tutte le attività a corollario come controllo bolle ore e contabilità fino al ricevimento fattura per autorizzazione pagamento tramite inserimento all'interno del gestionale dipartimentale.
Ruoli principali:
- Gestione attività manutentive ordinarie e straordinarie con monitoraggio del rispetto delle scadenze;
- Collaborazione con i vari uffici aziendali ed esterni per la gestione del processo;
- Richieste preventivi per materiali o componenti da sostituire, monitorando il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna;
