What will you do?
As a Resident Engineer, you will be part of our Agricultural and Forestry Machinery team, responsible for developing and managing projects for our customer CNHi in S. Matteo (Modena). Your responsibilities include:
* Project management: acting as the interface with the customer and our headquarters in Germany to ensure a positive partnership and support with critical issues.
* Responsibility: analyzing and defining projects onsite, specifying products, and conducting validation tests.
* Customer cooperation: building strong relationships with the customer, Key Account Manager, and headquarters in Germany to ensure satisfaction.
* Innovation and development: driving the introduction of new products and applications, participating in new product selection.
* International experience: gaining specific knowledge in mobile applications through ongoing training at our Italian and German headquarters.
What are we looking for?
* Education: MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
* Languages: Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus.
* Work style: Strong project management skills, result-oriented, customer-focused, pragmatic, and collaborative.
* Additional qualities: Curiosity, interest in industrial and technological topics, willingness to learn continuously.
