Ph3Overview /h3 pFor our Logistics Strategic Planning Integration Department, we are looking for a Customs Coordinator to join the Transport team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). Depending on the candidate’s place of residence, the position may be based in either Trebaseleghe (PD) or Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3pThe Customs Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational and documentary management of import and export customs flows, guaranteeing compliance with applicable customs and trade regulations, efficient processes, correct use of customs procedures, and minimizing the risk of penalties and operational inefficiencies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor regulatory changes in customs, origin, and tariff matters, and assess their impact on company products and processes /li liLiaise with Customs Authorities, freight forwarders, brokers, consultants, and other third parties for operational management and resolution of any issues /li liPerform formal and substantive checks on customs operations, ensuring traceability, data accuracy, and compliance with company procedures /li liCollaborate with RD, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance functions to ensure compliance throughout the entire logistics flow /li liSupervise internal operating procedures (e.g., imports, exports, special regimes, duty‑free reintroductions, etc.), ensuring their correct application /li liMonitor shipments and proactively intervene in case of customs holds or delays /li liProvide internal training and support on customs‑related matters to the relevant functions /li liContribute to the optimization of customs flows, reducing costs and clearance times /li liSupport internal and external audits and ensure proper filing of customs documentation /li liManage and keep updated information systems/ERP related to customs operations /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li7 – 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role /li liFluency in English /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) /li /ul h3Additional Qualifications /h3 ul liFlexible and adaptable /li liWell‑organized and results‑oriented /li liA strong leader with solid managerial skills /li /ul pMoncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, skin color, religion, civil status, age, nationality, ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation.
