Synergie Italia Spa, branch in SACILE, Division Consultant, is seeking a candidate for an important food company to join:
Administrative Office

Administration
The selected candidate will be part of a structured Administrative Office, responsible for managing the entire Accounts Payable Cycle.
Specifically, they will handle accounting entries for the entire accounts payable cycle for Italy and abroad, manage supplier schedules, monitor costs, control accounting sheets and supplier statements, and collaborate with other company functions to ensure proper administrative and accounting activities.
Additionally, they will assist in calculating agent commissions (Enasarco).
Requirements
* Diploma and/or Degree
* At least 2 years of experience in administrative-accounting in medium-sized companies
* Experience with accounting management software
* Autonomy in managing the Accounts Payable cycle
* Good proficiency with Office Suite, especially Excel
The ideal candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, an empathetic and collaborative approach, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
Additional Information
Contract offered: fixed-term, with the possibility of permanent employment.
Workplace: near Gaiarine (TV)
Hours: full-time, daytime (08:30-12:30 and 14:00-18:00)
