This role ensures that all production activities meet the highest quality standards, respect established timescales and remain within budget. The Production Manager acts as a key link between internal departments, external suppliers and manufacturers, aligning all efforts to deliver consistent and high-quality collections. /ppbMain responsibilities /b /pulliDefine and manage the overall production calendar (including both sample development and commercial / industrial production). /liliCoordinate the launch of collections in line with market cadences and commercial timelines. /liliManage production schedules and monitor supplier timelines, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery. /liliSupport the production manager in managing and updating the various work in progress (WIP) production files. /liliRespond to laboratory requests and coordinate the resolution of issues related to ongoing production. /liliSelect, manage and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, accessories and garment production. /liliEnsure that external partners meet agreed timelines and maintain brand quality standards. /liliAssist in monitoring fabric quality control during production and archiving quality reports. /liliMonitor and control production costs, material waste and overall production efficiency.
