With a head office and production center in Milan, the brand stands out as the only vertically integrated niche fragrance company, producing its products artisanally. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage the CEO’s schedule, organize travel arrangements within Italy and abroad, and coordinate business trips, meetings, events, and any required setups. - Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (external suppliers, internal executives, and managers) to facilitate information flow and project progression. - Organize and schedule internal and external meetings and coordinate conference calls. - Independently prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel. - Ensure key documents are prepared, meet deadlines, and are ready for distribution (copying, printing, collating, binding, and distributing materials as needed). - Manage travel logistics (cars, flights, hotels, etc.) and accompany the team on-site when necessary, ensuring proper expense reporting. Technical and Interpersonal Skills: - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a high-level administrative role, preferably within leading consulting firms or large multinational corporations. - International experience gained abroad is highly preferred. - Excellent command of the English language (C1 level); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility, empathy, and a dynamic attitude. - Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity in anticipating needs, availability, and flexibility to accommodate varying demands.
