HVDC technology transmits electricity over long distances, including submarine cables, and connects power systems. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate Construction and Commissioning activities related to the project scope. The role involves supporting site execution and managing site operations alongside the site manager. How you’ll make an impact Manage and drive Construction and Commissioning processes for the HVDC station project scope. Plan, monitor, and report on construction progress, costs, and manpower forecasts regularly. Coordinate and lead the handover process from tendering, reviewing scope, schedule, and budget, including risks and opportunities. Organize and conduct Kick-Off meetings for the C&C team. Develop and plan infrastructure, both temporary and permanent, with the Site Manager. Report progress and updates to the Project Director and C&C management, in collaboration with the Site Manager. Coordinate subcontractor activities with the Subcontracts Development and Delivery Manager. Your background Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. At least 5 years of project management experience in HVDC or similar projects such as Power Generation EPC, Oil & Gas, or Automation industries. Strong intercultural skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Proven leadership, self-competence, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, issue resolution, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
