- Oversee and manage the execution of electrical works regarding Oil & gas and Power Plants projects- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the site execution team, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and construction schedules.- Supervise day-to-day Electrical site activities.- Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement departments for project execution.- Review IFC drawings, redline markups, and assist in as-built documentation.- Ensure material availability and proper allocation of manpower and tools.- Conduct regular tool box talks and enforce safety protocols.- Monitor subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality and project deadlines.- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.- Maintain daily work progress reports and submit weekly updates to Project Manager.- Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical or relevant engineering field.- 10+ years of experience in Electrical works, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
