As a Lead Solutions Architect in Milan, you will bridge sales and engineering to shape how Klaviyo fits into clients’ tech stacks. You’ll engage prospects and partners, design end-to-end solutions, and drive technical credibility in a fast-growth market. This role blends AI-powered workflow redesign with hands‑on pre‑sales work to accelerate revenue and build long‑term partnerships. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers, with a clear focus on meaningful outcomes for clients.

* Lead end‑to‑end pre‑sales campaigns from discovery to technical selection, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue outcomes
* Conduct deep technical discovery of prospects’ architectures and business challenges to identify Klaviyo‑enabled opportunities
* Organize and facilitate technical workshops aligning developers and business stakeholders around real outcomes
* Develop and execute value demonstration plans to differentiate Klaviyo and accelerate technical wins
* Become the internal expert on Klaviyo platform, data pipelines, integration codebases, and implementation trade‑offs
* Prototype and build integration specs, custom solutions, and reusable assets to advance deals and the pre‑sales practice
* Provide technical insights to Product and Developer Experience teams to influence the roadmap
* Raise capability of the team by training Sales colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
* Transform workflows by centering AI and continuously experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency
* Stay ahead of the AI landscape by tracking tools, testing, learning, and sharing insights
* Represent Klaviyo in‑market as a credible technical leader with a consultant‑first mindset
* Support the Italy expansion by establishing technical credibility with Italian brands
Responsabilità
* 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role
* 5+ years hands‑on with web development languages (JavaScript, Node.js, React), REST APIs, or Python
* Fluent in Italian and English; based in Milan and able to be in‑office 3 days/week
* Strong knowledge across marketing automation, CDPs, ecommerce, mobile apps, analytics, adtech, or data science
* Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both developers and non‑technical stakeholders
* Sales proficiency with customer‑outcome focus and experience closing technical deals with Account Executives
* Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
