We are currently seeking a Junior Trade Events Specialist, belonging to Law 68/99, as part of our team in Milan.
How you will contribute
1. Event Planning & Execution
1. Support the Trade Events Manager in organizing and executing a wide range of events (sales campaigns, local trade activations, and special initiatives) — from initial scouting to post-event evaluation.
2. Assist with all event phases, including setup, on-site coordination, and dismantling, ensuring smooth operations and a luxury client engagement.
3. Coordinate event logistics and materials, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and excellence in execution.
4. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Retail, Operations) and external partners to support event design, logistics, and vendor management.
2. Budget & Administration
5. Map and process event-related costs in SAP (PR, PO, MIGO) and assist in monitoring budgets under the manager’s guidance.
6. Liaise with Finance for supplier invoice management and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
3. Brand & Strategy Alignment
7. Ensure all trade events are executed in line with brand and corporate guidelines, marketing strategy, and customer experience standards.
8. Contribute to the development of event guidelines and ensure compliance with corporate processes.
4. Market Research & Reporting
9. Track and report event performance metrics to support continuous improvement and maximize ROI
10. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations in Events, Trade Shows and Customer Experiences.
11. Support in drafting internal reports, organizing team meetings, and sharing best practices.
Who you are:
12. Degree in economics and/or marketing
13. Experience preferably in events management, trade marketing, or brand activation
14. Fluent knowledge of English and Italian
15. Highly detail-oriented and precise
16. Excellent knowledge of the "Office" package, specifically Excel and Power Point
17. A collaborative team player
18. Flexible and open to travel internationally
19. Curious and eager to learn
