Our client, a leader in food processing and innovation, is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join their team. As a Treasury Specialist, you will be part of the Treasury and Insurance department supporting administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Treasury Specialist
Pay Range:
$26–$30/hour
What’s the Job?
* Perform administrative duties to support the Treasury and Insurance department
* Handle document retention, open mail, and scan documents including Certificates of Insurance
* Maintain and organize SharePoint and team sites
* Register vehicles with the DMV and organize bonds
* Assist with insurance claim follow-ups and request certificates and auto ID cards
What’s Needed?
* Experience in administrative or office support roles
* Familiarity with document management systems and SharePoint
* Ability to multitask and stay organized
* Basic knowledge of DMV and insurance processes is a plus
* Proficiency in creating and updating spreadsheets
