The activity of AWS domain: front desk reparations for civil and military operators, support on the ground and in flight, technical support for A/C developers, operators and maintenance centers. JOB TITLE Senior Avionics Maintenance Technician (Electronical) JOB OBJECTIVE The Avionics Maintenance Technician at Thales Avionics Services Worldwide (Italy) will be responsible for carrying on the repair of avionics equipment respecting lead times, costs and quality expectations and grow into becoming Certifying Staff for Repair Activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the repair of mechanical and electronic equipment. Perform inspections, default investigations, and repairs of the equipment as per applicable maintenance documentation. Ensure repairs meet quality, lead time and cost expectations. Prepare technical quotes & workshop reports. Ensure equipment conformity. Ensure traceability of activities within ERP (SAP R3). SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Electronical diploma ("perito eletronico level"). 5 years experience in the aeronautical domain. Languages: Italian (good speaking, reading & writing), Technical English (able to read technical documentation and to write technical shop reports), French (notions) is a plus. Previous qualification as Certifying Staff in Civil (CIT C) is a plus. Teamwork & adaptability. Skills in electronic. Computer skills: office suite.
