Learn more about Triumph on: www.triumph.com www.facebook.com/Triumph/ www.instagram.com/Triumph/ www.linkedin.com/company/triumph-international/ Our Buying & Merchandising South Region Department in Segrate (Milan, Italy) is looking for a Specialist Buying & Merchandising (m/f/d) (100%) Temporary role for 6 months (maternity cover) Your Responsibilities: Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in driving the brand and business strategy Provide analysis/insights and support the presentations of the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising during the sales conferences and customers’ presentations Provide analysis/insights in the development of the novelties and runnings’ regional distribution strategy by sub-channel and down to key customers’ level Participate in the implementation of the seasonal core assortment to maximize structural sell-in, focus on key stories and to drive commonality Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in the handover of the collection to sales team with clear strategies and messages Participate in the forecast and budget process to reflect the Brand, Sub brand and assortment strategy Support sales teams during sell-in (e.g. product presentation to key customers, product training to new team members, follow-up with HQ on customer claims) Manage the development and check of the seasonal and runnings’ catalogues and price lists Support the team in giving relevant qualitative and quantitative inputs, including deep competitors’ analysis to develop relevant products Your ideal profile: You possess initial experience in buying / merchandising and / or product development You’ve advanced business analyzing skills as well as brand and sales sensitivity You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have developed communication and collaborative skills You are proficient in Italian, English and Spanish, both spoken and written We offer: You will never walk alone As a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
