Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Distribution & Sub-Channel Development OFF trade to lead the development of the our business in Water, Beverage and Aperitif segments through the defining and execution of distribution strategies for new and existing products.
This role is key in ensuring our portfolio is optimally distributed across all priority sub-channels, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
A day in the life of Trade Marketing Specialist Off Trade
* New Product Distribution Strategy: Define distribution targets for new launches, including weighted distribution goals by channel and customer.
* Portfolio Distribution Analysis: Analyze the current distribution footprint of our portfolio to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key distribution KPIs, including sell-in and sell-out performance/annual targets, ensuring timely corrective actions when needed.
* Channel Coverage Planning: Develop and implement strategies to ensure full coverage of all priority sub-channels, aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Category Management, and Marketing teams to align distribution strategies with broader business goals.
* Sales Force Support: Actively support the sales team in customer meetings to present distribution strategies, negotiate listings, and showcase the annual trade marketing plan.
* Trade Marketing Book Ownership: Maintain and regularly update the Trade Marketing Book with the latest distribution data, guidelines, and best practices.
