Ph3PROGRAM BUSINESS CONTROLLING MANAGER EMEA WEST /h3 h3VP GM REGIONAL SUPPORT – CARE DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL /h3 h3ROLE PURPOSE /h3 pThe role provides regional-level project management business controlling support to the Vice President General Managers (VP GMs). /p pIt acts as an integration and coordination function between VP GMs, country organizations, and enabling and global functions, supporting the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the Region in line with Care Delivery International (CDI) objectives. /p pThe position contributes to driving organic growth, operational efficiency, performance transparency, and execution discipline, while ensuring full alignment with Fresenius Medical Care governance, quality, and compliance standards. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h31. Regional Coordination VP GM Support /h3 ul liAct as a regional coordination role, cooperating with approximately 10 countries to align activities between VP GMs, country organizations, and enabling and global functions at regional and global level. /li liSupport VP GMs in structuring, coordinating, and following up on regional initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives. /li liProvide support to VP GMs, including preparation, implementation, and follow-up of management meetings, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and effective execution. /li liSupport the creation of presentations, reports, and communication materials for VP GMs, contributing to clear, consistent, and decision-oriented management communication. /li liCoordinate office-management-related activities, including meeting structures and document / SharePoint management. /li /ul h32. Project Management CDI Initiative Support /h3 ul liSupport the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives aimed at driving organic growth, improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and supporting the development of CDI countries in the Region. /li liEstablish and manage assigned regional projects, including planning, organization, initiation, execution, monitoring, communication, and closure. /li liSupport VP GMs in the execution of business-critical and cross-functional initiatives. /li liEnsure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected outcomes, providing structured follow-up and transparency. /li /ul h33. Business Controlling Performance Support /h3 ul liRegularly review the effectiveness of operations at regional level in collaboration with Finance Controllers, consolidating inputs from countries to support VP GM decision-making. /li liPropose fact-based improvement options to enhance operational efficiency and profit generation, while safeguarding quality, compliance, and patient care standards. /li liPrepare supporting analyses and calculations to contribute to discussions and negotiations with Health Insurance Companies (HICs), particularly related to reimbursement development. /li liProvide integrated management insights by consolidating operational and financial data across countries into coherent regional views. /li /ul h34. Operational Alignment, Standards Compliance (Regional Scope) /h3 ul liSupport operational coordination of the CDI function by ensuring alignment of country activities with regional strategic objectives defined by VP GMs. /li liContribute to regional oversight on quality, legal, and compliance-related topics, ensuring alignment with Fresenius Medical Care policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. /li liSupport transparency and alignment on structural operational parameters (e.g. staffing ratio concepts), without assuming direct operational or line management responsibility. /li liEnable consistent application of centrally provided standards, tools, and methodologies across countries. /li /ul h35. Process Improvement, Knowledge Sharing Capability Support /h3 ul liSupport the identification and coordination of process and workflow improvement opportunities across the Region, in line with CDI and VP GM priorities. /li liPromote experience sharing and best-practice exchange between countries and functions. /li liProvide support and guidance related to project management, operational excellence, and business processes, in cooperation with CDI and enabling functions. /li liFoster collaboration and alignment across organizational boundaries. /li /ul h36.
