This Position reports to: Service Sales Support Manager.
In this role, you will repair a variety of standard drive units and subassemblies, ensure cost-effective problem resolution, and perform work according to a first-time-right approach, with completion on time and to quality standards. The work model is Onsite, contributing to the Measurement & Analytics Business in Tremezzina (CO).
Responsibilities
* Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing workshop orders according to workshop processes and guidelines.
* Performing workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
* Checking bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts for service activity and ensuring materials, parts, and equipment are available.
* Ensuring the completion, processing, and maintenance of all required documentation.
* Analyzing returned products from the market to identify defects or issues.
* Testing repaired products to verify they meet required standards and are fully operational.
* Performing quality tests on the product, recording and analyzing results to ensure quality specifications are met.
Qualifications
* Diploma in chemical or electrotechnical field with demonstrated track record.
* 2 years of experience in maintenance of gas analysis systems.
* Skilled in using specialized tools and methodologies for testing and analysis with advanced equipment knowledge.
* Attention to detail, problem-solving, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
* Excellent English and Italian communication skills.
