The Maître Banquettista is responsible for overseeing the smooth execution and profitability of banqueting events, ensuring that all functions meet our high standards and procedures.
He or she guarantees guest satisfaction by coordinating food, beverage, and service offerings while maintaining seamless communication with both guests and colleagues.
