Do you have a strong technical background and enjoy transforming business needs into effective software solutions?
We’re looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our team in Barcelona, helping our clients implement and integrate cutting-edge retail technologies across Southern Europe.
In this role, you will ensure the successful technical integration and configuration of business software solutions within customer environments, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
The Role:
- Analyse customer IT architectures and integration requirements in collaboration with internal and client teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and integration designs.
- Configure, test, and validate interfaces between enterprise software solutions and third-party systems.
- Coordinate integration activities with partners and vendors to ensure performance and consistency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to guarantee system reliability, data integrity, and smooth interoperability.
- Support solution deployment, testing, and go-live phases at customer sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration methodologies and technical documentation.
- Collaborate on infrastructure and connectivity services for retail environments (POS systems, devices, networks).
Requisiti
You’re the right fit if you have:
- Previous experience as a Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist, or Solution Consultant, ideally in enterprise or retail environments.
- Knowledge of retail management platforms (POS, unified commerce, ERP).
- Familiarity with integration tools (ESB, TIBCO, MuleSoft, WSO2, or similar).
- Experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, IBM Db2, etc.) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Understanding of API concepts (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Awareness of networking principles and connectivity in store environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client activities.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Retail / Fashion industry.
- Knowledge of cloud or integration monitoring tools.
