Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication
* You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage
* You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them
* You will upgrade our solutions for existing clients
* You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven success in your projects
* You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations
* You are willing to travel to customer sites
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not required
