Responsibilities Successful sourcers utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer goals. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
Candidates must be able to successfully manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Understand how to prioritize and achieve SLAs. The best candidates will draw on knowledge of talent acquisition and tech roles and areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. Demonstrate exceptional candidate generation, client/account management, strong organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, time prioritization, sense of urgency, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Basic Qualifications
Are 18 years of age or older Work 40 hours/week throughout the 12-week summer internship between May through September Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027
Preferred Qualifications
Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment Strong academic, leadership and/ or extracurricular record Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields
