1. Preparation and organization of monthly and annual closings, as well as budget and forecasting processes
2. Creation and continuous improvement of management reports and profitability analyses for decision-making.
3. Independent preparation of variance analyses and ad hoc analyses, including actionable recommendations.
4. Contribution to financial analysis of key investments and support for initiatives aimed at efficiency and cost optimization.
5. Further development of reporting tools (e.g., dashboards/cockpits) and internal analyses, in cooperation with Headquarters.
6. Participation in internal projects related to process improvement and system development (including AI tools).
7. Support in cost controlling with focus on general & administrative costs, logistics, and CAPEX, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
8. Business partnering with specialized departments (including Sales) to support budget preparation, forecasting, and customer strategy discussions.
9. Preparation of regular KPI reports and performance analyses (e.g., P&L, customer P&L) for internal and external stakeholders.

10. 5+ years of experience in Controlling as well as experience in the FMCG/consumer goods industry
11. Strong analytical skills and process understanding, with eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
12. Structured, reliable, and independent working style, combined with strong team spirit and collaboration mindset.
13. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines (e.g., closing, budget, forecast).
14. Proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on approach.
15. Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus
16. Excellent written and spoken English
17. Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to HQ in Germany.
