We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to lead K-Way’s digital marketing transformation across all brand and customer touchpoints. Highly preferably based in Turin, this leadership role involves frequent travel within Europe, especially to Milan and Paris, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. The role encompasses Digital Marketing (non-performance), social media, Digital Content, CRM and Consumer Service. The new figure, reporting directly to the Chie f Marketing Office, will build and lead a 100% brand-dedicated new team of 5 and be instrumental in embedding a digital-first culture across the company. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required 10–15 years of experience in digital marketing within sport, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands Proven success leading teams and delivering CRM, organic content, and digital brand engagement strategies Deep knowledge of digital platforms and tools (CMS, CRM, analytics, social media) - Fluent in English; Italian and/or French is a strong advantage Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills Comfortable with frequent travel within Europe (especially between Turin, Milan, and Paris) Strategic thinker with operational discipline, attention to detail and strong result orientation Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work in a small, agile and fast-growing organisation Professional commitment: Demonstrate passion and personal investment to develop our brands and products.
