Job Responsibilities
Provide face‐to‐face IT support to users.
Install, move, and de‐install hardware.
Diagnose issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and other personal hardware.
Perform system and application change testing.
Prepare scripts in Microsoft Windows 11, 10 and Microsoft Office 365 environments.
Support small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
Install software, patches, and updates using Microsoft SCCM.
Deliver a high level of customer service and hands‐on support.
Suggest improvements and provide feedback on new products and services.
Build effective working relationships with team members and business users.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field) preferred.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment.
Experience in a manufacturing‐based organization preferred.
Good knowledge of End User Microsoft platforms:
Active Directory/ Entra ID
Microsoft Office
SCCM/Intune
Previous experience with ticketing tools and Ticket Management Software (ITSM Tool preferred).

Language proficiency:
Italian: Excellent written and spoken proficiency – mandatory
English: Upper‐intermediate written and spoken proficiency – mandatory
Desired qualifications:
Knowledge of End User Workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management)
A strong enthusiasm for artificial intelligence is very nice to have, with a desire to explore and utilize our internal SAI Library tool in excelling in your role.
Work Conditions
Working hours: 40 working hours per week
Contract type: Permanent contract
Working setup (hybrid, on site, remote): 100% onsite
What We Offer
Salary starting with €26,000 gross/year, depending on seniority level. The final salary offer will be determined based on gender‐neutral, objective criteria, such as, but not limited to the experience and seniority level required for the role, as outlined in the job description. This will be further assessed during the technical interview.
