JOB PURPOSE
Carry out on-site audits at Group suppliers or desktop reviews, supporting the HSE Managers (RSPP) of the Prada Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPPLIER AUDITS
* Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers
* Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in line with the company’s Code of Ethics, Supplier Code of Conduct, and core values
* Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations
* Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation
SUPPORT TO INDUSTRIAL HSE MANAGERS (RSPP)
* Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE Managers
* Perform risk assessments within the company
* Prepare and deliver H&S training to Prada Group personnel
* Implement and monitor compliance with H&S procedures within the company (e.g., checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, conducting drills)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
* Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law
* Knowledge of sustainability topics: Working conditions, Occupational health and safety, Environmental protection, and Business ethic
