Located in the heart of Europe’s automotive hub, our team brings together international talent to define the next generation of CHANGAN vehicles; combining emotional design, human-centered thinking, and cutting‑edge execution.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Senior Exterior/Interior Designer to join our Design teams.\nThe ideal candidate is a passionate, experienced, and highly creative automotive designer, capable of delivering innovative design proposals and leading projects with autonomy and precision.\nResponsibilities Deliver high-quality design proposals within project deadlines.\nDeeply understand and embody CHANGAN’s Brand & Design Philosophy and its values.\nWork independently to produce consistent, high-quality design outcomes.\nUnderstand packaging constraints and engineering requirements.\nProvide precise design inputs for digital and physical modelers.\nLead digital/physical model development in collaboration with other teams.\nPrepare and participate autonomously in presentations and weekly management reviews.\nPresent design proposals to management, including Directors and General Management. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation Design, Automotive Design, or Industrial Design.\nExperience: Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry.\nStrong hand and digital sketching abilities.\nProficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, Blender, VRED, or similar.\nPassion for innovation and precision in design.\nAbility to collaborate in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.\nExcellent time management and ability to adapt in fast‑paced environments.\nFluent English (spoken and written) is required.\nKnowledge of Chinese is considered a plus.
