Benefits Administrator Job Description
As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits administration process. You will work closely with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues and provide input on process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for benefits administration processes for clients' employees in the EMEA region
* Collaborate with clients to resolve requests related to projects or escalated employee issues
* Provide input on process design and technology capabilities to ensure optimal process support from a benefits perspective
* Work on reports utilizing various data extraction tools to meet client plan rules and/or resolve issues
* Work with Excel calculation sheets
* Problem solve issues by analyzing system data to determine gaps in functionality as compared to client plan rules to arrive at the true root cause of an issue
* Demonstrate quality assurance fundamentals by executing test plans to ensure client plan rules meet systematic specifications
* Provide creative solutions to continuously improve and optimize client delivery
* Participate in system testing during Internal Acceptance Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing, as required
Requirements:
* English Language – C1 Level is required (CEFR scale or equivalent)
* At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration/HR Administration/Payroll area
* Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in implementations and process documentation creation
* High-level exposure in a fast-paced environment
* Great time management skills
* Experience in MS Office is a must
* Very good knowledge of MS Excel
* Working experience in Benify/Benifex system or SHARP (SAP HR) would be an asset
* Experience in implementing benefits for France, UK, Belgium, or Romania is an asset
