Azienda Autonoma di Soggiorno e Turismo (AAST) is looking for an IVY volunteer!The volunteer will support the Interreg project "Boosting Adventure Tourism SMEs Competitiveness and Economic Development - ASCEND", under the Interreg IPA South Adriatic programme.The objective of the Interreg project "ASCEND" is to strengthen the competitiveness of SMEs by supporting the enhancement of existing Adventure Tourism products and the development of new ones through a sub‐grant scheme, fostering innovation with targeted training and capacity‐building.Responsibilities
Assist with the identification of best practices in the Adventure Tourism sector.Contribute to the best‐practice catalogue highlighting innovation capabilities for SMEs in the Adventure Tourism sector.Assist with the logistics for the participation of the team to the international conference on Adventure Tourism.Support the organization of local workshop.Assist with the organization of training activities to help SMEs enhance their service offerings and sustainability.Contribute to the creation of a media package.
