Your goal is to drive sales and profitability by leading store managers and area teams, focusing on maximizing profit through effective store operations, sales, and customer service improvements. Key Responsibilities: Increase Sales: Ensure strong commercial execution and identify opportunities for performance improvement using KPIs. Scheduling & Staff Planning: Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize customer experience, defining resource needs with store managers. Securing Operations: Educate teams on operational best practices and optimize store setups for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Cost Control: Monitor and optimize salary and shop costs, initiating corrective actions as needed. Coaching & Training: Train store managers on sales opportunities and customer experience, develop controlling talents for succession. Qualifications: University degree in business or related field preferred. At least 1 year retail experience or similar fast-paced environment.
