We are searching for an Application Manager to support our IT Technology and Digital Team to ensure availability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement of some Product Development applications for our Homologation and Testing Area.The Application Manager should act in agreement with the IT Central Governance in collaboration with Product Owners, Key Users, and vendors.Core CompetencesService Management: The candidate will manage the maintenance of some applications with the aim to ensure good service level, supported by external System IntegratorSolution Definition for New Enhancements: The candidate will participate in defining the solution, analyzing new requirements designing a system that meets the organization's needsTesting: The candidate will be involved in the testing phase, conducting functional, integration, and user acceptance testsKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Senior Application Manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and applicationsSupport in developing and managing project schedules, budget and resource allocation plansHelp ensure that project objectives are met within the agreed time frame and budgetCoordinate with stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and deliverablesAssist in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issuesParticipate in regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure that projects are delivered in accordance with the company's quality standards and business requirementsAssist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providersContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practicesProvide support to project team membersSupport the test executionRequirementsGraduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – High School Diploma could be enough in case of IT Experience for more than 5 yearsStrong attitude to explore new technologiesGood understanding of IT applications and software development lifecycleStrong problem-solving skillsProficient in project management software tools or willingness to learnAbility to work in a team environmentGood English Language (at least B2)Positive attitude, High Curiosity, Proactivity, Team Player, Adaptability to the different project needsKey Behaviors and CompetenciesExperience collaborating with multi-national teamsGood analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesGood knowledge of stakeholders' management practicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills
