The person will be responsible for managing the program while respecting deadlines, costs and quality standards, satisfying specific customer requests with active involvement in all phases of the Program Life Cycle. **The person will be involved in the following activities: *** Planning of Program activities (scope, schedule and budget); * Monitoring and control of Program activities; * Management and updating of the Master Schedule; * Management of internal progress meetings with the cross-functional project team (Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Commercial); * Preparation of Progress Reports and support for Progress Meetings/working meetings/reviews with the client; * Support for internalprogress meetings with the Planning and Finance functions of the business line; * Management of project risks, ensuring a rapid and effective solution to any problems that may arise; * Ensuring the controland monitoring of work progress, the evaluation of applicable process KPIs, also through the definition and implementation of the necessary corrective actions. **Educational qualification: *** Technical Master's Degree (preferably Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, Management Engineering or Physics) **Level of experience required: *** Expert: at least 3 years of experience in the role **Technical skills and knowledge: *** Knowledge of the main tools xivgfpx for managing complex projects (WBS, EVMS, Risk Management) * Ability to draft documentation (Statement of Work, Technical Notes, Progress Reports, Minutes of Meeting) **Behavioral skills: *** Team building * Effective communication * Proactivity * Ability to work towards multiple objectives * Results-oriented * Problem Solving * Time and deadline management **Language skills: *** English (minimum B2 level) **Computer skills: *** Knowledge of Office Automation Tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project) **Other: *** Availability for national and international travel **Seniority: **Expert **Primary Location: **IT - Firenze - Campi Bisenzio **Contract Type: **Permanent **Hybrid Working: **Hybrid
