Our Client, a leading company in its reference sector, has asked us to look for the following professional figure: HR MANAGER In line with the Group strategy, Human Resources Manager will lead human resources department with supervising of all processes related to: talent attraction, development, succession, remuneration policies, union negotiation and overall ensuring correct functional management to the company's objectives. Responsibilities: ·Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital; ·Serve as the company representative to liaise with Union representatives; ·Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance; ·Manages and tracks Compensation & Benefit budget, Headcount, Contractors and other HR data in partnership with Finance; ·Updates information in the HR system, to ensure data accuracy and consistency; ·Supervises the payroll cycle and manages the external HR administration services provider; ·Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues ·Manage the recruitment and selection process; ·Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture and working environment; ·works closely with the General Manager to directly support all employees. Requirements: ·Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychologist or another applicable field); · Minimum of 10 years of HR roles with generalist background in HR disciplines; ·Proven experience of Unions relationship management; ·Experience in a manufacturing context will be considered a plus; · Fluent English (both written and verbal); · Willingness to travel.
