An oasis of relaxation and refinement in the heart of Tuscany. /p h3Descrizione del lavoro /h3 pThe Night Supervisor oversees the property during the night shift, ensuring guest reception and assistance, hotel security, and the accuracy of end-of-day accounting operations. They report to the Front Desk Manager, ensuring a smooth handover with other departments. They play a key role in delivering impeccable and well-coordinated service even during nighttime hours. /p pReports to: Front Desk Manager /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcoming and assisting guests during check-in/check-out throughout the shift. Managing in-house guest requests. /li liSupervising the property, managing and monitoring common areas. /li liAccurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information. /li liDaily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures. /li liCash handling as per operational procedures. /li liMonitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff. /li liEnsuring a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations, to maintain service continuity and quality. /li liEnsuring compliance with Borgo Pignano’s service standards. /li liEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. /li /ul h3Qualifiche /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liEnglish: C1, Italian: C2.
