A few examples of your daily tasks:Take full ownership of the data entry pipeline to ensure all invoices are accurately recorded in our systems.Perform rigorous cost revisions to bridge the gap between procurement and payments.Cross-reference physical logistics movements with financial outlays to catch discrepancies.Support the team in building robust budget models and rolling monthly and weekly forecasts.Identify bottlenecks in manual processes and suggest ways to optimize financial workflows.
Who are we looking for:Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, or a similar field.Basic knowledge of accounting principlesPrevious experience in Accounting, Controlling, or Logistics.High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual data entry and verification.Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-checking and reconciliation.Ready to make mistakes and improve by doing themTeam-work and goal-oriented approachAbility to work independently with high problem solving skillsDown to earth and open to take a step back if neededMotivated to build an empire
