About the Role
Customer Development Pharma Business Unit Intern – a part of the dynamic organization where you will gain hands‑on experience focusing on new product launches, portfolio management, business and market analysis, digital and e‑commerce asset coordination, and project coordination within a fast‑moving consumer goods multinational environment.
Responsibilities
* Support new product launch initiatives and portfolio management.
* Conduct business and market analysis to inform strategy.
* Coordinate digital and e‑commerce assets across business functions.
* Assist in project coordination and provide general business support.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Advertising.
* Preferred prior experience in consumer marketing, product launches or promotional campaigns.
* Advanced or fluent Italian and English language skills.
* Proficiency with Office Suite or Google Collaboration Tools.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.
* Entrepreneurial attitude, able to act quickly on assigned projects.
* Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
* Good understanding of key marketing concepts.
* Self‑starter attitude, able to manage project work and multiple tasks interdependently.
