We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer / technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. Work in Lisbon, Portugal in the office. Easy online recruitment process.

What you will do
* Identify, review, and resolve issues related to an e-commerce platform.
* Escalate more complex cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
* Communicate effectively with customers and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
* Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators, including order and logistics inquiries.
* Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
* Escalate complex or unresolved cases according to company procedures.
What you need
* Fluency in Italian (C2)
* English at least B2 level
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain
Standard salary: 1000 € gross
* x 14 Performance bonus (gross): 100€ x 11
* Welcome bonus: 2000€
