Senior .NET DeveloperLocation: LombardiaRole SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer with 8–10 years of strong hands‐on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large‐scale, enterprise‐grade applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, architecture decisions, code quality, and mentorship while working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‐to‐end technical design and development of enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core.Architect, design, and govern RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Design and implement robust web applications using ASP.NET MVC following clean architecture and best practices.Define and implement dependency injection / IoC strategies using Autofac or Spring.NET.Own module‐level or application‐level architecture, technical estimations, and solution approaches.Review, refactor, and optimize existing codebases for performance, maintainability, and scalability.Perform technical code reviews, enforce design standards, and ensure adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns.Drive root‐cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues.Mentor and guide senior and junior developers; act as a technical point of contact.Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams across the SDLC.Support modernization, migration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
8–10 years of hands‐on experience in C# and .NET technologies.Deep expertise in ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API.Strong experience with dependency injection frameworks (Autofac / Spring.NET).Excellent understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and enterprise design patterns.Extensive experience with Entity Framework / LINQ.Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.Solid understanding of REST, JSON, HTTP, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
Experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.Exposure to microservices and distributed architectures.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Hands‐on or working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.Experience with logging, monitoring, and application performance management tools.
