We are looking for the: IT Specialist Position Summary The IT Specialist will be part of Group IT Team and will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, security and evolution of the Group’s technological infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be a key business partner to support users across the globe. The IT Specialist will also be involved in implementing cybersecurity best practices and will contribute to the organization’s digital transformation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES System Support and Management
Provide first and second level technical support to users on Windows environment (client and server); Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive); Manage Active Directory and security policies; Resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring business continuity; Handle ticketing and document technical procedures.
Networking and Security
Assist the team in managing network infrastructure; Learn and support the configuration of Fortinet appliances (FortiGate, FortiSwitch); Participate in network implementation and optimization projects.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Required Experience / Skills
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, or related field 4/5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud services Good level of technical English (written and spoken
Preferred Experience
Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900 or similar) Previous experience with network appliances or firewalls Basic knowledge of Fortinet or other networking/security vendors Curiosity and willingness to learn; Proactivity to take initiatives and flexibility to manage multiple priorities; Can-do attitude and hands on approach; Troubleshooting and Problem-solving; Team oriented attitude and internal customer focus; Confidentiality and integrity.
