The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‐store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to maintain effective store operations and drive performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
What You'll Do
* Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
* Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
* Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
* Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
* Build and maintain Visual Displays.
* Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
* Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
* Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
Work Schedule
Availability Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; college education preferred.
* At least 1 year of retail experience; supervisory/managerial experience not required.
* CEFR B2 fluency in English and Italian.
* Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of current fashion trends.
* Energetic, outgoing, assertive, with initiative and confidence.
* Strong adaptability, flexibility, and detail‐oriented multitasking.
* Proactive learning and strong work ethic.

Full time starting rate for this position is €28,692.00 annually. The full time recruiting pay range for this position is €28,692.00 – €28,692.00 annually, subject to future modification.
