Ph3Sales Associate Beauty Accessories Luxury /h3 pSynergie Italia SPA, filiale di Milano Restelli, is looking for a high‑end cosmetics sales associate. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver exceptional customer service and drive high‑quality sales across all product categories (fragrances, makeup, accessories). /li liBuild strong relationships with customers, adapting to their needs and embodying the brand philosophy. /li liExecute sales and operations efficiently to reach and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. /li liCommunicate product aesthetics, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers. /li liProvide impeccable sales service and follow‑up activities to cultivate and grow the client portfolio. /li liIdentify and manage customer requests and concerns. /li liDemonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers and colleagues. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of relevant retail experience in high‑end luxury, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics or accessories. /li liExcellent customer service sense, adaptability to diverse cultures, empathy, and collaborative attitude. /li liGood knowledge of French and English; additional languages are a strong advantage. /li liOrganized, motivated, methodical, and professional. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 pInitial temporary contract of 6 months with future possibilities. CCNL COMMERCIO, level and position will be commensurate to experience. /p pIndicative salary range: €33k – €38k full time. Working hours 11 – 19 on shifts Monday‑Sunday.
