Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Assist the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management.
* Serve as a legal subject matter expert on competition laws by providing advice on compliance, designing tools and policies, and developing training materials.
* Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings globally, and respond to government inquiries.
This fully virtual legal department offers flexibility in location.
