This role will contribute to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of operational and visual standards for the stores, ensuring consistency, quality, and a customer experience aligned with the Poke House identity. /p h3MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h31. Definition and monitoring of brand standards /h3 ul liCreation and implementation of guidelines related to: /li liLook Feel of the stores (interior and exterior) /li liFunctional signage for the customer experience /li liCompany uniform (consistency with visual identity and hygiene regulations) /li liSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and SOSs (Store Operating Standards) for front and back of house /li liConducting regular audits in stores to verify: /li liCleanliness and order /li liCompliance with look feel and uniform guidelines /li liDeveloping corrective action plans with Area Managers and Store Managers /li /ul h32. Optimization of operational processes /h3 ul liIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency while respecting standards /li liCollaborating with store teams to implement practical and consistent solutions /li liMonitoring HACCP and Food Safety software, resolving any issues /li /ul h33. Training and staff development /h3 ul liOrganizing and conducting training sessions on standards and operating procedures /li liCollecting feedback through post‑training surveys /li liDrafting reports on the costs of the sessions /li liCollaborating with Store Managers and Area Managers to identify training improvement opportunities /li liAnalyzing KPIs and metrics including: customer reviews (GMB); food delivery performance indicators; mystery shopper rating and NPS. /li liSupporting Area Managers in managing: orders and waste monitoring. /li /ul h35. Marketing and communication support /h3 ul liSupervising the release and correct display of marketing/communication materials in stores /li liCollaborating with the marketing team to ensure the operational effectiveness of projects /li /ul h36.
