The role
Join a fast-growing biotech company focused on obesity and metabolic health. You'll be hands-on across international clinical projects, KOL engagement, advisory boards, scientific training, symposia, and international medical education—helping scale the evidence and impact of its technological platform.

Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, we are looking for a hands-on Medical Manager/Advisor to drive international medical activities and support evidence generation. This is an execution-focused role in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
What you'll do
* Support clinical studies (sponsor and/or investigator-initiated): planning, site engagement, timelines, tracking milestones
* Collaborate with Chief Scientifica Officer/Regulatory/QA on protocols, materials, publications and medical writing (with external support when needed)
* Identify opportunities for post-market evidence generation and real-world data projects
* Build and manage KOL relationships in obesity/metabolic health across key markets
* Plan and execute Advisory Boards, roundtables, scientific exchange meetings
* Create and deliver scientific training for internal teams, external stakeholders (HCPs, Partners)
* Support congresses/symposia: content preparation, scientific messaging
* Review and ensure scientific accuracy of materials in partnership with Marketing and Compliance
What you bring
* Scientific degree (MD, PharmD, Biology, Biotech, or related). PhD is a plus
* Typically 3–7 years in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Operations (pharma or medical device)
* Strong ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into clear insights
* Fluent English and Italian; comfortable working internationally (other language is considered a plus)
* Proactive, resilient, "get-things-done" attitude
* Learning mindset, entrepreneurial spirit
* Willingness to travel internationally
Nice to have
* Experience in obesity/diabetes/cardiometabolic or gastroenterology/nutrition
* Track record with abstracts/posters/publications
